How Can nausea Along With Lower Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I have a prolapsed bladder which occurred a few days ago during my workout (abs). I am now having constant pain in my lower abdomen and occasional nausea. Would this be related to the prolapse? I also had a urinary scope a couple of weeks ago due to trace blood in my urine during a physical.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the symptoms are related to the prolapse though other causes should be ruled out if the pain is severe.

The structures in the lower abdomen are the bladder, prostate in males, uterus (if enlarged) in females.

Pain can often be associated with nausea. The nausea can occur in response to the pain present.
Abdominal examination and repeat urine analysis is needed to find the cause.

I hope this helps
